At Pure Pool Cleaners, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all parts, accessories and manuals
  • Not damaged, marked or installed

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund or store credit can be issued.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Warranty Claims

Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the product. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and we will guide you through the process.

Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, lack of maintenance, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
